- HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?
1.1 Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
1.2 After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
1.3 Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
1.3 International Shipping – It is possible that there may be additional customs fees depending on the policies of your country of residence. In addition, international shipments may be subject to delays related to customs clearance. We are not responsible for these or additional fees and delays. Though we provide tracking information, not every country tracks the shipments all the way to the destination. While most of our shipments reach their destinations without any issues, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
1.4 The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/customer. The consignee authorizes Boxwalla India to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/customer agrees that Boxwalla India may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods. - HOW ARE ITEMS PACKAGED?
We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.
- WHAT IS THE RANGE OF LOCATIONS TO WHICH BOXWALLA INDIA SHIPS THEIR PRODUCTS?
Boxwalla India ships throughout India as well as internationally.
- MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. HOW CAN I TRACK IT?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number. As we prepare and ship your order within 24 hours of the confirmation, you can then check the status of your package through the ‘Track’ button on the ‘My Orders’ section. You can also choose to receive your order updates on WhatsApp.
- WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
5.1. We usually dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
5.2 Though we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.
5.3 While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order. However, in case of international orders, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, etc.
5.4 If you are ordering our products from a sale, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.
- ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES APPLICABLE ON MY ORDER?
6.1 We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
6.2 India shipping charges – A flat Rs.70 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.499, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.499.
6.3 International shipping charges-A flat rate of all Rs.500 will be charged for all orders below Rs.5000, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.5000.
6.4 We are currently not accepting Cash On Delivery orders below Rs.499 or above Rs.50,000.
